Tepat Is A HRDF Training Provider
Tepat is a HRDF training provider that aims to provide its services to corporates or an individual who is seeking to be upskilled or maybe just keeping abreast with the current information and technology so he or she remains relevant in his or her industry.
Many of our training programs are certified or accredited by Global Certification Bodies (GCB) or Universities. These professional trainings award the participants who completed the program with professional diplomas or certificates which definitely have a greater value than the normal attendance certificates. The normal attendance certificate is when a course is not accredited or endorsed by the GCB or Universities and the certificate is generated by the training company itself.
What does this mean? Do the non-professional training certificates have any value?
Yes they do. Please don’t doubt it.
We are not saying that the normal trainings have no value, they do. Most trainings are prepared by professionals or an academician. The amount of knowledge and experience they willingly shared and taught you is of no laughing matter. The thought process, knowledge, hours spent on transferring all of it into an easy comprehensive tutorial that is easy to understand is nothing but a labour of love in teaching.
What we are saying is that Tepat’s courses have professional accreditations. These courses are not created by Tepat but created by these professional bodies or there are instances that the courses were created by Tepat but endorsed by these professional bodies.
The certificates will bear their name as the accreditor and not merely a certificate of attendance from Tepat. Of course, most of these professional courses will have exams after the trainings to ensure you understand the topics or mudules but this is a must to ensure the quality of such certifications are upheld and the value it brings to the participants is greater.
What brings more value to the table for you as participants is the fact that Tepat is a HRDF training provider so all of these professional courses are claimable.
Courses Categories
As at current moment, Tepat has five categories of courses. They are as listed below:
a) Business Management
b) Industry Revolution 4.0
c) Information Technology
d) Supply Chain
e) Self Improvements
We will increase them in the near future as we have more than 100 courses available but as of now, these are the courses that are on offer by our Learning Management System (LMS).
